ABOUT
DR. FRED BISCI
For the last forty years Dr. Fred Bisci has worked as a clinical nutritionist in Staten Island New York. Incorporating a raw plant based diet with transitional cooked foods and guided detoxification programs, Dr. Bisci has helped over 35,000 people work through lifestyle change and in many cases through very serious illness.
Known as a raw food pioneer Dr. Bisci has been on a raw food diet for the last 40 years. Born in 1929, Dr. Bisci has always maintained his passion for athletics. He has completed eighteen marathons, two ultrathons, and was an Olympic style weight lifter. He has been happily married for over 30 years with two lovely daughters and two playful English Mastiffs.
APPROACH
Dr. Bisci’s outlook is unique in that it supports the body’s own healing power by emphasizing the importance of leaving elements out of our diet and lifestyle that challenge and distract our bodies from healing and reaching peak performance. GOAL
"When I was a kid I had a lot of trouble reading and some other issues. Years later when I changed my eating habits, I not only improved physically, but also mentally. I never imagined as a kid that my issues could improve so considerably and were so connected to my diet and lifestyle. Reaching an understanding of how truly powerful this work is and how dramatically it can affect someone’s life through mental, physical and spiritual enhancement as it did my own, my goal is to really be of service to everyone I come in contact with. It is a really great satisfaction to me to be able to provide the benefits of my years of experience to others so they can apply it in their lives and pass along to their family and friends.
